Now you can specify what command you want help on.
Respond if no specific command or help
Add moreHelp for the userinfo command
Use regex to replace <prefix> with actual prefix
Pass objects instead of using a switch statement.
Now I don't have to restart the bot whenever I add a new command
that needs specific arguments other than 'message'.
